A spacious Ground Floor Flat of Converted Barn in Millbrook , Cornwall. It has an absolutely charming interior, with everything you need; your own entrance, a private cosy garden equipped with comfortable furniture, and parking. The flat is situated away from traffic in a quiet street with a beautiful waterfall, close to the centre of Millbrook and is the nearest to Whitsand Bay beach, Polhawm Fort. There is easy access for walking in the countryside, on cliff paths, to the beaches and cycling. A tastefully decorated spacious flat and a garden offering a cosy, home-like experience and containing all you need for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The apartment is fully equipped with all necessary appliances. The whole living space has amazing features such as stain glass, wooden beams and niches, which creates a special and unique atmosphere. In a addition, there is off road comfortable parking. We live in the upper flour and are always happy to help you with any request. Just ring the bell near your entrance door. Please inform us 30 min before your arrival. The parking space is on a white gravel area, next to the garden steps. We will welcome you to the premises and give you the key. The hosts live on the first floor of the barn, so they can be contacted readily, just ring the entrance bell. Millbrook village is extremely well served, for a village, with an Indian Restaurant (including Vegan Food), with a Take Away facility - their details are provided by the Entrance. There are three cafes (the Marina Cafe is a short walk away), one of them includes vegan options, There are also two pubs, and two General Stores, open till 10:00 pm every night. There's a delightful lake, sporting various species of birds, and often group activities such as Wild Food Foraging, and guided walks. A mile away, a brisk walk or quick drive, is Maker Heights, a real beauty spot to enjoy and explore! There is also there a wonderful restaurant "The Canteen". This shuts at 4 O'clock, but it's well worth an early meal! Millbrook has a regular bus service to the surrounding villages, the Cremyll Ferry (to Plymouth), Edgcumbe Park and into the City Centre of Plymouth. Roads and footpaths lead to the ancient fishing villages of Kingsand and Cawsand, as well as Maker Heights, offering historical buildings, wonderful views across Plymouth Sound, and very fine food. Booking is for two nights minimum. Bicycle friendly. There is a bicycles' rack provided in the garden and also a secure store next to the accommodation. Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets.
