On arriving at Cooee Bay Beach Retreat you enter from the rear of the property and the first impressions don't do it justice. Park your car in the garage and then take the stairs to the first floor. On entering the unit you will be pleasantly surprised! The space has been freshly renovated and has everything for your beachside getaway. Enjoy the balcony and the spectacular views and sunsets. Relax on the daybed with a book or just watch the waves roll in on the beach. Dine alfresco on the balcony or inside at the dining table utilising the BBQ or the fully equiped kitchen. 65" Smart TV in the lounge room. 40” Android TV in master bedroom, not connected to TV aerial. Netflix, inbuilt Cromecast and Apps only. FREE unlimited Wi-Fi plus a workspace if needed. Huge comfortable couch. 2 Queen sized beds. Best way to get around is by car to visit Yeppoon, Rosslyn Bay and Emu Park. However there is a public bus stop a couple of blocks away that takes you to Rockhampton and local areas. Once in Cooee Bay the beach, Two Sisters for coffee and the local shops are all in walking distance. Clearance for a car parking in the garage is 1.8m. When cooking in the kitchen please do not place hot items directly onto the kitchen bench, please place items on the trivets or wooden boards provided. Only exisiting bedding to be used, no guests are to sleep on the couch, on the floor or on blow up mattresses. Please ladies no wearing stilettos inside the unit. Pets strictly not allowed in the complex. No Smoking allowed. No infants or children please.
