My home is 1.5km to the township of Benalla and can offer two separate bedrooms with one separate bathroom/toilet/laundry. Own lockable entrance with a t.v. in each room as well as heating/cooling. Close to Art Gallery, Winton Raceway, lake walking track, bowling and golf clubs. Continental breakfast is available and we welcome everyone. Pricing is structured on 2 guests occupying one room. If two guests require separate rooms a special offer is available for $115 by sending an enquiry. Bedroom 1. Situated at rear of house with a queen bed. Heating/cooling and t.v. available and adjacent to lockable back door and private toilet/laundry/bathroom. Bedroom 2. Also situated at rear of house with 2 king single beds. Heating/cooling and t.v. available. There are two steps to access the guest's entry door and one step to both bedrooms. Tea/coffee making facilities are available. Microwave, toaster and bar fridge are available. Unfortunately we cannot offer the kitchen for cooking purposes. Outside back door is a quiet and relaxing outdoor area with bbq and tv. As my home is of a medium size I'm sure I will bump into you at times. Nevertheless I respect your wishes for privacy and will endeavour not to bother you unless you wish to ask questions or just to say hi. Our neighbourhood is fairly quiet and would obviously expect our guests to respect their privacy. We are approx. 20 minutes walk to town or 5 minutes by car. Taxis are readily available and there is a bus stop 50m from my home. I'm sorry but do not wish to do same day bookings. I work and obviously need time to prepare your room to a suitable standard.
