A Little FarmHouse in Tuscany

The Little Farm House is situated in the garden at my farm in Tuscany. Simply furnished as a large bedroom with either 2 single beds or 1 double bed. The shower-room is few steps across the farmyard next to the main house where solar panels or wood-stove ensures plenty of hot water. A hairdryer, first-aid kit & laundry service are available upon request. This is a tiny farm and home to 2 feisty geese, 2 goats, lots of roosters & hens, 2 young cats and a boisterous young Labrador. This is an active farm and there are an array of animals living here. The Little House is very cosy and simply furnished. After being woken by natural light coming into the windows you can choose to simply relax in the garden or explore the local area. It’s a great place for a digital detox or if you prefer please do ask for the WiFi code when you arrive as I may forget... The WiFi is constantly available but you may/probably will need to be closer to the main house at times to receive the full signal. You can use it to download a movie to watch in The Little House. I will provide a laundry service (for a small contribution). There is a hairdryer and first aid kit available upon request. As the little house doesn’t have running water there are no kitchen facilities available. There is however coffee machine and bottled water available. There are local places to eat and it may be possible to use the bbq. The Little House, the shower room and the garden are for your use. Although there are no kitchen facilities I provide you with complimentary coffee and water. You can provide your own snacks and there are many local restaurants and places to have a picnic. The nearest Pizzeria is in Filicaia, just a few minutes walk or with a car there is Castelnuovo or Camporgiano both within a few minutes drive. I will be here at the farm to welcome you and provide your breakfast. I am more than happy to tell you of my knowledge of the area and chat about your day. Your space within the Little House is private and the shower-room and garden space just for you. 'The Spot' with the hammock and the amazing view is a great place to relax and enjoy the quiet. The local village is very small but does have a post office and hairdressers. There is an ATM and a couple of bars one with a lovely pizzeria. A short walk will take you to the river Serchio where there is a beautiful spot to swim, bbq or simply relax riverside. I really do recommend a car. There are a variety of animals here and mostly they roam freely. I strongly recommend a car for arriving here as well as exploring the area. Or perhaps you have a bicycle or enjoy walking.
