When I'm travelling I rent my beautiful apartment in the old town of Mainz. Location: The apartment is located in the old town of Mainz, near the Rhine. The train station Roman Theater (S-Bahn to the airport) is only 5 minutes on foot. Bus stop (wooden tower) is even closer. In the old town with many cafes, restaurants, shops, museums and also to the Rhine, it is only a few minutes walk. Domestic equipments: In the bedroom there is a double bed (160x200 for 2Pers.), In the living room a sofa (like two narrow single beds - see photos!). In addition, we still have an air bed (140x190). In addition to pillows and blankets, I also have fresh sheets and towels for you. In the living room is a 50 "plasma TV and a Blu-Ray player including many Blueray films. A high-speed Internet connection with Wifi is also available. In the kitchen you will find: fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, stove etc. Park: On the street is after 20 o'clock only resident parking, it is not often checked and a warning costs 10 €. But of course you have to be lucky to find a vacant parking space. The nearest car park is Fort Malakoff (1,80 € / h, 15 € / day or 5 € at night from 19-6h). Free parking is available at Volkspark (Unterer Michelsbergweg), which is about 20 minutes on foot. Arrival from Frankfurt airport: With the S-Bahn S8 (direction Wiesbaden), get off at stop "Mainz Römisches Theater", from there it is only 5min walk to our apartment. Distances by train: Wiesbaden ~ 10min Darmstadt ~ 25min Frankfurt Airport ~ 20min Frankfurt ~ 30min Frankfurt Fair ~ 40min Check in: I (or friends of ours) will welcome you personally. Therefore, we need your arrival time in the apartment. Check in is possible from 15 to 21h. Late check in after 21:15 costs 15 €. After 22:30 no check in is possible.
