A seven minute drive from the airport. Modern private upstairs facilities with a large bedroom, luxury queen size bed and adjacent bathroom with spa bath, separate toilet and balcony. Separate adjacent lounge area for your use with TV, small fridge, toaster and microwave. Cutlery and tea and coffee making facilities also provided. The host living facilities are all down stairs at the rear of the property. Guest access is via the front door with stairs directly adjacent. Come and go with ease. Our home is two storey and we utilise the ground floor area for ourselves apart from an office which is situated upstairs. The remainder of the upstairs area is for the use of our guests including a separate lounge area with fridge and microwave. We only have the one room for hosting. The offer is for room only use. Facilities offer a quiet, warm and relaxing décor over looking trees and garden from the balcony which has an outdoor setting for your convenience. Spacious room with private ensuite with spa bath and separate toilet. Entrance is via the front door and stairs are adjacent enabling easy access upstairs and privacy to all parties. Where ever possible Iwe would be happy to offer assistance to our guests with directions, planning and referrals to make their stay an enjoyable one. Public transport is available at the end of the street which goes directly into the city and takes 20 mins. If convenient we can also assist with transport. The neighbourhood is inviting and offers a village lifestyle that only beachside suburbs can offer. Good transport and a variety of eateries and bars. The bus stop is 100 metres from the end of the street and travels directly along Henley Beach Road into the city to Grenfell Street. It takes 20 mins and buses are regular. Taxis are readily available. Parking is available on the street. The beach is approximately 800 metres and known to be one of Adelaide's best. It offers restaurants, bars and cafes for all preferences. The airport is an 8 min taxi ride. Parking is available on the street.
