25 km north of TOULOUSE and the airport, this noble 19th century HOUSE is on the LA COLOMBIERE vineyard. The house is ideally located at the crossroads of remarkable sites. The SWIMMING POOL is located in the orangery. Covered and heated, it can only be used from Easter to All Saints' Day for an upscale and relaxing stay. Each room offers a different universe, the decoration combining heirlooms and good quality furniture. It consists of a large living room with functional marble fireplace, a dining room, an independent kitchen, 4 beautiful 25m2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms / shower rooms, 3 WC. A shaded terrace with barbecue and a large park surround the house facing the vineyards and woods. The car park reserved for the lodging will be able to accommodate your games of pétanque, Ping-Pong, and your vehicles. The trampoline and swings will be visited by children or parents. The swimming pool is located in the orangery adjoining the house on the kitchen side. It is covered and heated and secured by the closed building. It is open from Easter to All Saints' Day to ensure good water temperature. Dimensions 7.50 x 3.50m. The swimming pool is strictly reserved for 10 tenants. It is an upscale place that invites respect for the rules and calm. The park and the 24 hectares of vines and woods will allow you for family walks in the late afternoon. An hour-long hike around the estate can be done without having to leave the property. We live and work on our vineyard, near the cottage, and we are available to our guests. According to our availability, we will be able to make you discover our profession and the wines of our biodynamic production from local grape varieties in red, rosé and white. The calm and singing of birds, the beauty of the vineyard landscape and the oak forests surrounding the hamlet are a haven of peace and rest in the immediate vicinity of Toulouse. Walks, mountain biking or horseback riding are very popular. Close to major cities, walk along the Tarn, visit the Occitan villages and local markets to discover. We can also organize a tasting with our wines! It is advisable to have your vehicle for your personal trips. The house is located 1 km from the village of Villaudric, where there are regular bus lines. We are 20 kms from Toulouse Blagnac International Airport and 25 kms from Toulouse and Montauban TGV stations. The bins and various waste (glasses) must be thrown by you in the containers dedicated to selective sorting. On your departure the house must be returned in order, furniture tidy, trash cans thrown away, refrigerator and kitchen emptied of eaten food, unmade sheets / towels in a pile at the foot of the beds.
