Spacious, private apartment in leafy suburb

This spacious apartment is on the ground floor overlooking the garden & a park. It has a lockup garage. It is within walking distance of an art gallery, cafés and restaurants, St Augustine and Entabeni hospitals and Pigeon Valley. The KZN University of Durban is a 2 minutes drive away and 5 minutes from the Nelson R Mandela School of Medicine. We are centrally placed, 5 minutes by car from Durban City centre and 10 minutes from central surfing / swimming beaches and shopping centres. We prefer to give guests space allowing for their maximum privacy. We live in the apartment upstairs. Guests can come directly to us with queries or text messages. My husband is a keen kitesurfer and we are both regular ocean long distance swimmers belonging to the local surf lifesaving clubs. We would be more than willing to host a swim when conditions are favorable. Glenwood is a friendly, leafy neighborhood hosting numerous cafés, restaurants, art galleries and parks. Pigeon Valley is situated in Upper Glenwood very near our apartment block. During the day if guests like walking, it is easy to walk downhill to cafés and restaurants. It is a great area for jogging. Otherwise, we recommend e-hailing services such as Uber. I speak French
