Private garden studio flat in tranquil garden

A comfortable, serene and modern room in a quiet part of Muizenberg. The flat has its own private entrance in the garden. It has a comfortable bed and a bathroom with a large amazing shower. The house is in a secure complex alongside a natural green belt with lots of bird life. It is a quiet and relaxed spot, with the tranquil sounds of nature. Its also a good option for anyone wanting to improve their surfing at nearby surfers corner or exploring the peninsula. Street parking at entrance. The garden is right outside the room and can be used to relax in. Guests can use the garden area. I work during the week, but I am available over weekends and on (Hidden by Airbnb) for any questions. The house is in a very chilled part of Muizenberg next to the Zandvlei nature reserve with an abundance of bird life. It is a very relaxed neighborhood and only a (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) minute walk to the beach. There are some really lovely walks around the vlei for avid bird watchers. The house is walking distance to the beach and easily reached by uber. There is on street, well-lit parking outside the main entrance of the property, very close to the room. There is an armed security camera to monitor the parking area and greenbelt next to the room. Fast unlimited WiFi. There are limited kitchen facilities in the room, a kettle, toaster, bar fridge and a microwave. There are restaurants nearby in the village and uber eats and mr delivery do deliver. This is a strictly non smoking room. I would prefer to host non-smoking guests. Good coffee and tea and rusks are provided for all guests.
