Light bright airy accommodation on the foreshore of the River Teign, in the village of Combeinteignhead. Fantastic views, peaceful location. Wood fired hot tub (Additional charge applies). Close to Torbay, and Dartmoor National Park, by car 15 minutes to Torquay, 20 minutes to Exeter and 30 minutes to Dartmouth. 2 hours 30 minutes to London by train. Coombe Cellars bar and restaurant is 250m along the foreshore. Templer way footpath passes the front of the property. (Haytor to Teignmouth) Great for a romantic breaks, chilling, and exploring. Wood fired hot tub available (SUBJECT TO AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE ) Patio area with table chairs and sunloungers (weather permitting) at the front of the property, a Wood Fired Hot Tub (available for an additional charge) and seating area at the rear of the property. After check in, we live locally and are happy to be contacted by phone, text or email if you have any questions or concerns. Combeinteignhead is a picture postcard Devon Village with thatched cottages a quaint country pub/restaurant (The Wild Goose) a village hall, community field, pavilion, yacht club, and a pub/restaurant on the edge of the water (Coombe Cellars). It is ideally placed for exploring the south west of England. A car is recommended, however for walkers there are public footpaths, (Templer way, passes the front of the property). South west coast path is a couple of miles away. Newton Abbot is two miles away and has public transport links. At High tide you can explore on the water. We have two sit on kayaks for guests to use. PLEASE NOTE - parking alongside the boathouse is for one guest vehicle only. The Wood Fired Hot Tub is subject to an additional charge. Price varies depending on the length of stay.
