Cozy house not far from the center of Copenhagen

Our home is 5 km north of Copenhagen center and 2 km from beach. Free parking. Close to buses and S-train, highway to and from center, supermarkets, green areas, fitness center and swimming bath. Cozy and simple interior in a classic, well-kept 2 floor house. Gr. floor: Hall, kitchen, dining room, living room, veranda, guest room with db. sofa bed, bath. 2nd floor: Master bedroom, 2 office rooms, 1 extra bed, main bath room. Basement: Washing machine, drying room. Undisturbed garden 3 terraces. Our home is a classical house from 1923 with warm atmosphere, modern interior, facilities and equipment. Free WiFi/Internet. Garden with sun terraces and lawn inviting for relaxation and playing. Quiet and friendly neighborhood with very little traffic. Green area including nearby small park and lake. The entire house is at disposal for our guests with the limitations given by our personal belongings. Some space is available for our guests in cupboards and drawers in sleeping/bath rooms at both floors. If possible we will receive our guests and give an introduction to the house. Normally we will be available for guidance by phone/mail/sms during the stay of our guests. Besides - at arrival - our guests will find a written house guide and a practical guide/map as to possible activities, attractions, local shopping, transport etc. - Quiet, undisturbed surroundings - and still not far from Copenhagen center with metropolitan attractions (15 minutes by public transport). Close to public transport to leisure time/cultural attractions such as Bellevue Beach, Royal Eremitage, Louisiana, Elsinore with Kronborg Castle, Frederiksborg Castle at Hillerød etc. - Nice area with friendly neighbours. - Within walking distance we have got 3 supermarkets, a fish market, a bakery, a pizzeria. - A small lake and public park is located a few hundred meters north. - Car parking is free in our local area!!! - Bus connections to city center within 200 meters/5 minutes walking. - Bus connection to the city Metro (3 stops) - S-train to city center within 800 meters approx. /10 minutes walking. - Biking to Copenhagen center takes 20 minutes. - Biking to the nearest beach takes 20 minutes. - By car approx. 10 minutes outside rush hour (notice parking charge!). - In the garden shed our guests will find 2 city bikes, a stroller, a kid's bike (5 years) and some garden toys as well as gym equipment. - Within walking distance we have got 2 supermarkets, a fish market, a bakery, a pizzeria. - A small lake and public park is located a few hundred meters north. - Car parking is free in our local area!!! - The bed sizes: * Double bed on the upper floor: 180x 200 cm * Sofa bed downstairs: 120 x 200 cm (extra space in small loft room, see photo.) * Sofa bed upstairs in office room: 80 x 200 cm
