Our spacious home offers the perfect place to relax and enjoy waterfront living. Fish from the garden, go for a kayak or just kick back and lose yourself in some holiday reading. Close to beaches, restaurants, outdoor activities and all the water sports you could wish for you can enjoy an action packed break or alternatively stay at home and just chill. There is ample space for all the family in this holiday home. We offer a full refund if guests can't travel due to Covid lockdowns. This bright, sunny family home has been cleverly designed so that all the living spaces and bedrooms have water views. The ground floor is a huge open plan area with full length glass sliding doors leading to a covered entertainment area with alfresco dining, a pool, BBQ and lawn leading down to the water's edge. There is a queen bed with ensuite on this level, separate study and a large laundry. Three further bedrooms are found on the second level, including a king bedroom with a massive walk-in robe and an ensuite with a waterfall shower. There is another queen and two singles along with the family bathroom. All bedrooms are bright and airy. In summary, our home provides: - 4 spacious bedrooms with walk-in robes - Separate office - Open plan living - 3 bathrooms - Private secure double parking with remote access - Laundry facilities - Four TVs - Swimming pool with decking - Outdoor entertainment area with seating and BBQ - Use of two bikes with helmets - Use of kayak - Free unlimited wifi although the area can be erratic and drops out from time to time Guests will enjoy the entire house with private and secure double parking and direct internal access from the garage. The Sunshine Coast is known for its stunning beaches, beautiful rural hinterland and relaxed lifestyle. Mooloolaba is a family friendly beach and a 10 minute drive away with water sports, fishing, Sea Life (previously Under Water World), shopping and many cafes and restaurants. Surf Clubs include Maroochydore, Mooloolaba and Alexandra Headlands and many have free shuttle services. If you like retail therapy, Sunshine Plaza is a short drive away and is the biggest shopping centre on the Sunshine Coast. Other shopping areas include Mooloolaba, Cotton Tree which is a beautiful riverfront suburb with cafes and boutique shopping as well as a public swimming pool. If you like a rural scene, try a hinterland experience and head to Buderim with its beautiful views over the coast. Other beautiful hinterland towns include Montville and Maleny with many cafes, galleries and boutique shopping. Cooroy and Pomona are beautiful country towns less than an hour north of Maroochydore. For the children there are a number of activities including Steve Irwin's Australia Zoo, The Big Pineapple, Sea Life, The Ginger Factory and much more. Buses travel along the Sunshine Coast and the nearest bus stop is a 12 minute walk away near Maroochy Waters shopping centre. Our home is a 10 minute drive to the Maroochydore Airport just over the Maroochy River. There is no fencing at the garden adjacent to the canal so children must be monitored at all times. A kayak is available for guests but please hose off and replace after use.
