Bedrooms are well furnish wt premium mattress, desk & wardrobe. Free 1 car park bay provided. This apartment has a great view of PJ and KL and Subang Jaya. It is a corner unit , private and located on high floor and it is bright and windy. The apartment is well furnished wt: 1. Modern sofa set wt smart tv and wifi connection. 2. 4seater dining set wt all the cutlery set. 3. The 2 bedrooms are furnish wt premium Vono mattress and wardrobes, coat hangers, iron and ironing board, hair dryer etc. Fresh clean bedsheets and towels are always provided. 4. Kitchen is equipped with modern built-in kitchen cabinet and hood and hob and wt Bacfree water filter, 2door fridge, mini oven, electric kettle, hot water boiler, rice cooker, toaster. Necessary cooking utensils are also provided. 5. There is a yard area equipped wt a washing machine c/w dryer and racks for hanging clothes. 6. The bathrooms has all the sanitary fittings and water heater and daily neccessities hair shampoo , body wash etc provided. 7. Bottled water and coffee tea are also provided. 8. The apartment is well lighted and equipped wt ceiling fans and fully aircon. This serviced apartment is gated & guarded with strict security and its only accessible to the the floors of your unit and is not accessible to any other floors. Security wise, I would say its safe enough as there are CCTVs along all the walkways, corridors and common areas and are monitored by personnel in the Management office control room. In the lobby area of the apartment (front entrance) there are cafe / restaurant and a mini market should one needs to have a quick bite or to get some daily essentials. There are a few shopping malls as you step and walk out to the right of the front of the apartment like Aeon Big Hypermarket and next to it is Subang Parade shopping center which houses a lot of fast food & local food eateries and shopping stores. Empire Shopping Mall is short walk of 8 minutes away from the apartment. This apartment is located directly opposite to Subang Jaya LRT and train station which have direct route to KL Sentral and KLCC . Sime Darby hospital is located just less than 2 minutes from the apartment Sunway Medical Center is also within close vicinity about 10 minutes driving from the apartment. Guest access the apartment at the security guardhouse. Thereafter may drive to the carpark bays B1, G, P1 to P4 or walk to lobby area G flr and use the lifts to go to apt. The security office, management office and letter boxes are located on the lobby area ie G floor. The facilities floor are on the R floor which have the swimming pool, squash court, kids play area n kids pool and a multi purpose hall. Access to the car park floors and unit is wt the access card provided. Visitor parking is on B1 and Grd flr. The unit is a corner unit and located on high floor and it is bright and windy and the corridors are bright unlike units located on lower floors wherby the corridors are dark. We consider install wi-fi later on. The unit is clean, neat and fully furnished and equipped with fridge, microwave oven, jug kettle, rice cooker, toaster, hob and hood, washing machine etc and it is perfect for those travelers who are looking to spend the night in a tranquil environment or families who are looking for an urban getaway at a bargain price or for students who are studying in nearby universities such as INTI, Metropolitan, Sri KL, SEGI, Sunway & Monash Universities & Taylor's. Sime Darby hospital is located just less than 2 minutes from the condominium. Sunway Medical Center is also within close vicinity about 5-10 minutes driving from the condominium. This unit is also good for couples or business travelers from outsation coming for meetings or work. E-Tiara serviced apartment is gated & guarded with strict security and its only accessible to the the floors of your unit and is not accessible to any other floors.
