Spacious and newly redecorated modern house with garage, patio/garden and dedicated parking. Ideally located equidistant to the Spectacular North Cornwall Coast & Bodmin Moor. Elyntyller is bright and comfortable, offering a blend of tasteful decor, comfort and modern conveniences. Please note: Check-in from 4pm Check-out 10:00am Minimum stay - 5 nights NO PETS Elyntyller offers good space across three floors providing comfort with modern amenities, a welcoming home for guests to relax in and enjoy their stay. Downstairs is a large kitchen with a leather corner sofa and smart tv at one end. We use it as our family room. A utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and a downstairs cloakroom. On the first floor is a large lounge with 40" tv complete with Amazon Fire stick. There's a double bedroom and a shower room on the first floor too. The top floor has three more bedrooms, the master (king size bed) has an ensuite, there's a twin and another double bedroom and a family bathroom too. Outside there is parking for 2 cars, a garage and back garden with small patio area, BBQ, table and chairs The house offers a free WiFi connection, has a secluded garden, ideal for kids and a BBQ on the patio for your use. Guests also have use of the garage and two designated parking spaces. We're always available on the phone or email. The old market town of Camelford is perfectly placed to access a wide variety of amazing places to visit. From cycling the Camel trail, a visit to the old fishing port of Port Isaac or walking on Bodmin Moor (Rough Tor is the 2nd highest mountain in Cornwall), to visiting spectacular beaches on the North Coast from Polzeath to Trebarwith Strand that's just 10 minutes away, and a host of stunning National Trust properties (Lanhydrock, Port Quinn and Bostcastle being the nearest). If you like golf, Bowood Park is a beautiful parkland course just 2 miles down the road or test your skills on the spectacular links courses of St. Enodoc (10 miles) or Trevose (15 miles). The town itself has three pubs, a world class fish & chip shop, an Indian and a Chinese takeaway and two excellent convenience stores. The house is arranged over three floors.
