Major Supermarkets, Liquor Stores, Cleveland business district, Cleveland Railway and a bus are also a five minute walk. Thirty minutes to Brisbane CBD and Brisbane International Airport. Fifty minutes to theme parks and the Gold Coast. Sirromet Winery 15 minute drive. The house is air conditioned and has fans throughout. Granite benchtops put the finishing touch to a spacious modern kitchen. There are three expansive living areas all with gorgeous water views - Family area with desk (if you have to work), free unlimited wifi, lounge with 55” TV and DVD player.
