The lifestyle apartment with a breathtaking view of the harbor and the skyline of Frankfurt is just 10min from the Frankfurt center and only 15min away from the exhibition center Frankfurt. This attractive island house is located in the first row on the harbor island directly by the water. Here you can relax on the 20 square meter Logia your soul and enjoy beautiful sunsets. Of course you also have the luxury kitchen and all the facilities of the exclusive apartment available. Your modern room has about 13m² and is equipped with a purging system with pollen and dust filter. There are two single beds (90x200cm), which can also be pushed together to form a double bed. The beds are equipped with comfortable natural latex mattresses. Here you can make it comfortable even in a comfortable chair. There is also a wardrobe with hangers and a small table in the room. Bed linen, towels, bathrobes, slippers, bathing shoes and shower gel I am always ready for you. Of course, you can bring your own things. Of course you have your own bathroom with toilet and shower. If you need to wash, you can ask me. My washer and dryer are available for a small utility fee. Iron and ironing board are provided. A fast Internet access by W-LAN or via network is free of charge in the whole apartment. Please ask for the access details. Please note my "house rules" I myself live in a closed area of the 130m² apartment. The large living room and kitchen, we would, if I'm not traveling, shared. What else about the location of the apartment: The island house is newly built and is located directly on the harbor promenade in the middle of a Mediterranean property on the harbor island. At the moment there are still some construction activities in the area on the harbor island. From time to time it must be expected with slight noise disturbances but only with the window open. Dear guest, of course, my luxurious studio apartment is fully at your disposal. Except of course is my bedroom and the master bath. This area is separated from the rest of the apartment. Life and leisure on the harbor island: You can relax on the island or along the beautiful Mainufer with its bank parks, or play sports. Here on the island are next to nice restaurants also a bakery / pastry shop / coffee in which you can also very good and cheap breakfast. An ice cream parlor, a supermarket, a drugstore market and a pharmacy are also nearby. Within a 10-minute walk there is a harbor club / coffee with live music at the weekend and various other entertainment options, such as port cinema and international cultural performances. This square is also known as the "Guud Stubb" of Offenbach and is known throughout the region. The harbor island is located in the Nodend of Offenbach am Main and juts directly into the Ostend of Frankfurt. Both cities have grown together here and are interwoven. By bike (rental stations are directly on the island) you are along the Mainradweg in 15 minutes in Frankfurt on the Romans or in 4 minutes on the market square of Offenbach. The port is excellently connected to public transport. The S-Bahn stations in the vicinity are 'Marktplatz' (about 10 minutes walk from the house), 'Ledermuseum' (about 10 min walk from the house) and 'Kaiserlei' (about 15 min walk from the house) ). Here the lines S1, S2, S8 and S9 run in the 15min clock. Without changing trains, you will travel to Frankfurt. to the main station / Zeil in 9min, to the Frankfurt main station in 10min and to the Frankfurt airport it takes about 30min driving time. To get to the fair one has to change quite stress-free in the main station. You simply go in the opposite S-Bahnsteig.
