It is located 12 minutes by car from Fremantle’s centre and less than five minutes from the picturesque Coogee Beach. The apartment is perfect for families and friends wanting to visit Fremantle and its region with its two bedrooms, two bathrooms plus garage lay out and is also a great alternative for anyone wanting a quieter, parking struggle free visit while being close to Fremantle and Perth. The apartment consists of a generous size kitchen/lounge area, two spacious bathrooms with built-in wardrobes and their respective bathrooms and a sunny year round balcony (North facing). The unit is the only apartment on the first floor so it is a private and quiet location. Parking is secure as the apartment has its own undercover garage with electric door (2.6m W x 2.25m H). The apartment has been furnished with taste to match the modern finishing of the unit and includes everything you will need during your stay: large screenTV, DVD player with a selection of DVD’s, Bluetooth speaker, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, ample storage, reverse-cycle air conditioning and bed linens, pillows, towels. You will feel just like at home! Unlimited Wifi is available at the apartment. You will find the network name and password at the back of the modem near the television. I offer self check-in. The day before your arrival I will send you the check in details and house rules via the Airbnb app. Access to the apartment is fully secured with inter phone control of the main entrance and alarm in the apartment if you wish to use it. As the building is located on a corner, the garage and building main entrance are on two different streets but you have access to the apartment through the garage back door which will lead you to the staircase. This is a two story building and there is no lift. I greatly respect privacy so you will not see me apart from the start and end of your stay. I want you to feel at home! The apartment is also very close to Rottnest Island, the attraction park Adventure World, Penguin Island and more! The apartment is located in a quiet street. The neighbourhood is residential with a mixture of original and recently built one story homes and features new shops, cafes and restaurants within minutes walking distance from the flat. On the east side of the unit, in just five min drive you will also find Phoenix shopping centre with large supermarkets, a food court, newsagency, post office, banks, petrol station and various shops. Coogee Lake and its natural reserve is only a few minutes walk south of the unit. And the key point of the apartment location is to be next door to Coogee Beach which is in our opinion the most beautiful beach of Fremantle area: 3.7km of white sand and pristine clear water, with a recreational jetty, a natural reserve, a shore-based shipwreck with snorkelling trail and a recreational area with public toilets and BBQ. There is the option of a few nearby bus routes that go to and from Fremantle. Access to either of these are within a five minute walk east or west of the unit. Also local Uber and Taxi services are excellent.
