Cosy chalet just a 15 minutes walk to the ocean (Newtown swimming cove). Beautiful sea views, facing the metal man. Newtown and Guillamene swimming coves nearby. Garrus and Kilfarrassy beach are 5mins drive away. 5min drive to Tramore town that has long been associated with Irish tourism and offers a traditional seaside experience of ice-cream, fairground and sand. The beach front features a long promenade and an amusement park in the summer. The chalet is separate from the main house and has it's own entrance. It's stylish, cosy and fully insulated and heated. A car is required but there is public transport (bus stop 15 mins walk) and taxis available.
