La casa nettarina is a biological farm with two open-plan apartments, surrounded by 3.5 hectares of lawn, fields, olive grove and orchard with a private swimming pool. Just 45 Km from Rome. The restored stable blocks are now two open-plan apartments overlooking the valley and the old village of Poggio Mirteto. Furniture is simple and comfortable. There is a porch with table and chairs – a spot to sit and take in the views. The house is immediately surrounded lawn, fields, olive grove and orchard. Each open-plan apartment has a double bed, one sofa bed, kitchen area with 2-ring gas hob, fridge and dishes, shower room with WC, basin and bidet, independent heating, air conditioning. All linen and bath towels included. Weekly clean and final cleaning. We suggest you bring your own swimming towels No smoking inside. We can provide cots for children. A refundable damages deposit given on arrival for guests staying more than 5 days. Here you will find peace and quiet, relax, nature. You will not find television, hi-fi, smog! we live close to the apartments and we are always at your disposal.
