There is a large kids playroom downstairs which can easily accommodate 2 x inflatable mattresses if required. The toys will be left in the playroom to play with. There are quite a few kids and adult board games. There are two large smart tv's one in the playroom and one in the lounge. Lounge TV - Netflix, Stan and Apple TV Playroom TV - Netflix, Stan and Foxtel. Full run of the house, garden and pool. Plus we have a large roof garden which we invite you to use any of the produce, we certainly don't want it to go to waste. We will be staying nearby, and will be contactable. Also we have close friends living nearby who will also assist we any issues/concerns. Lennox Head Main Street and beaches are a 3 minute drive. Lennox is a quiet little town with everything that you need with a range of cafe's, restaurants, chemist, IGA, bottle shop, post office etc. Epic now offers, Woolworths, BWS, Bulk foods, Coffee shop, Chemist which is only a 3 minute drive from the house. Also there are a couple of restaurants due to open soon. Lennox beach is delightful, 7 miles long with areas beyond Lake Ainsworth that you can 4 Wheel drive on. Lake Ainsworth is a T-tree lake in Lennox Head and is a wonderful place to hang out, swim, and have a picnic or BBQ. If the ocean is pumping you have the lake as an option. Please read the council signs regarding algae levels in the lake. Whats the walking thing called? Lennox Head is 20min drive to Byron Bay and 10min from Ballina town centre. If you need Target, Kmart, BW, Coles, head to Ballina. We now have Woolies, BWS, coffee shop, chemist and Doctors surgery in Epic which is a 3 min drive from the house. Byron Bay has a fabulous beach and a great variety of pubs, clubs, restaurants and cafes. As we are renting our house out while we are away. The pantry is has lots of products which we invite you to use, be great if anything is finished if you could replace. Our personal items, clothes etc will be also in rooms but we shall ensure that there is enough hanging space for your items. We provide all linen and towels for use at the house, do bring your own beach towels.
