All aboard The Peninsula! ‘Anchored’ in the exclusive and privately canalled enclave of Noosa, this luxury 5star private waterfront residence is surrounded by water. Cruise in over travertine platforms embedded in a fish pond, flanked by a lush manicured rainforest and enter through the impressive 8 metre tall timber doors to reveal equally impressive walls of glass, framing a ‘Monet’ worthy waterfront view. Cream travertine tiling and tasteful powder blue furnishings feature throughout this prestige property, together with louvered windows – designed to capture the sea and water breezes, evoke the charactistics of what is quintessentially Noosa. The ‘main deck’ is where all the holiday fun is to be had! Ensure the chef in your group remains happily part of the action. Not a galley style kitchen in sight! This spacious gourmet kitchen with a view of the sparkling pool, heated spa and further out to the waterfront, features a 3 metre long cream stone bench top overlooking the multiple living and dining areas with generous seating for 10 inside. Outdoor cooking facilities include a commercial grade BBQ with wine fridge and a further seating for 8 – relaxation is never far away in this luxury home. If you’re trying to tie up some business loose ends, the ‘main deck’ offers office facilities with extra accommodation for those unexpected overnight guests. A bathroom, powder room and adjoining queen bedroom suite complete the downstairs accommodation. On the ‘upper deck’ the ship’s captain has two master suites from which to choose. The first master has a walk through robe leading to a ‘two of everything’ ensuite. The two of everything theme continues into the second master suite, which has a walk in robe, serviced by a full bathroom, double sinks and a deep oval soaking bath with separate toilet adjoining another king sized bedroom suite.
