A Shared airy and Spacious first floor apartment in a Quiet residential area. Suitable for guests working locally or visiting near by tourist attractions. A Private Bedroom and Bathroom with shared use of the Lounge and Kitchen. 1 Available parking space within a secure gated car park accessible only to the residents. The property is close to the local train and bus station approx. a 15 minute walk to both. Very close connections to the A5, M1 & M6. The bedroom, their private bathroom, the shared use of the lounge/diner and All of the shared spaces as above and their own bedroom and private bathroom. I have my own bedroom and en-suite so the bathroom is the guests completely during their stay. I live here too, so I'm fairly available. I can be contacted if there are any issues and I'm not at home. My flat is close to a bar, a shop or two (hairdressers, Yoga Studio, a few takeaways) and many local parks. The is a canal 10 minutes away along with some public footpaths into the countryside. It's approximately a 15 minute walk in to the town centre. The train station is a 10 minute walk away and has regular services to Birmingham, Coventry and Leicester and is approx. 1 hr from London Euston. The town centre is a 15 minute walk away. For routes outside of Nuneaton it's easier to drive. Train and bus services are good in and out of the town. The gate can be opened using the fob provided and there is a key to the side gate. There is one available car space within the gated area, however it is directly under a tree so it could get dirty when parked. Access to the flat is only shared by one other flat although the building houses 6 flats in total.
