Situated on the outskirts of Kingsley village we offer a modern, open plan, spacious studio apartment with unlimited parking, WiFi and Sky Q. The accommodation is adjacent to our home which is a gated property set in 4 acres. We are in an ideal spot for exploring rural Cheshire and a short drive to Delamere Forest. The area has many great places to visit as well as lots of pubs to try out. Frodsham is less than 10 minutes drive where there are trains to Chester, Liverpool and Manchester. The Studio Apartment is self contained and set over 2 floors. The private entrance is accessed down 5 exterior steps which lead to a a small outside seating area where guests can enjoy far reaching views of Cheshire. On the ground floor you will find a vestibule hall way which leads to the shower room, consisting of shower, WC, sink and complimentary toiletries. On the first floor you will find open plan living with a king size bed, a fully fitted kitchen consisting of a built in oven/grill, ceramic hob, microwave oven, fridge freezer and dining table. The sitting area includes a Smart TV connected to Sky Q and broadband which allows guests the ability to log into their own Netflix / amazon prime accounts. There is also a good selection of board games and books to keep guests entertained. A welcome pack is provided which includes bread, milk, juice and free range eggs. The property is ideal to host corporate clients working on short term projects in the area as well as tourists exploring cheshire. As well as the self contained apartment, guests have full access to the courtyard with parking for many vehicles. The secure garage may be accessed for cycle storage if needed. The land adjacent to the apartment may be used for exercising or relaxing. Living next door to the studio we are always available if needed. We are however, very aware of guests' need for privacy, which would always be our priority. We are more than happy to make recommendations of places to eat and areas of interest. Delamere Forest is a must see whilst in the area whether it is for a walk, cycle or to take part in any of the activities on offer such as ‘Go Ape’ or Horse Riding. The surrounding towns of Frodsham and Tarporley are worth a look or for city lovers, Chester is a 40 minute drive away. Liverpool and Manchester are also within driving distance both within an hour. We are approximately 20 minutes away from Oulton Park race circuit and 15 minutes to Cheshire Polo club. If you are looking for a spot of ‘retail therapy’ Cheshire Oaks shopping outlet is a 20 minutes drive away. The Studio is also well situated for many local wedding venues including Delamere Manor and Abbey Wood, both less than a 10 minute drive A car is essential to explore the area whilst staying at the studio as we are not on any local bus routes. However once you are here a trip down into Frodsham will provide you with trains to Chester/Liverpool and Manchester. There are many local walks to explore including the Sandstone trail which is a few minutes drive from the property. Access to the studio is via external steps (see photographs)
