Private Apartment at the Farmhouse

Beautiful, private, recently updated upstairs garage (detached) apartment at the farmhouse. One bedroom (with a brand new queen bed!), one bath (shower only), with a spacious living room (hide-a-bed in couch) and full kitchen. A great home away from home. We've even got a desk ready to become your mobile office! A coffee maker and fresh coffee is available for you. Free Wi-fi during your stay. This is a great location in the heart of Tigard/Beaverton. A perfect open kitchen and living room space for you to relax. We provide free wi-fi. We have two TV's for your use, in addition to Apple TV’s for you to login into your netflix/apple account/etc. Both TV’s are smart TVs and ready for you to stream. We have stocked the apartment with DVD's, some games, and books for you to enjoy your stay. If you take a book, please leave a book! We hope you enjoy our space. Free parking on private drive. We are always available to answer questions about the area. That said, with the apartment being above our detached garage, interactions between host and guest is not required. If guests prefer complete autonomy, we completely understand and will respect your wishes. You can walk, bike, or drive to neighboring shopping centers. Grocery store is 0.6 mi away, and 0.9 mi is a large shopping center with restaurants, nail salons, movie theaters, hair salons, fitness clubs, and a bowling alley. There are also great public parks nearby with play grounds and walking trails. Walk, bike, drive, bus lines nearby. Apartment is above garage and guests will have to go up a flight of stairs to reach the apartment. We have a pack n play, and some other kid-friendly necessities upon request. Please let us know if you would like these items for your stay and we will make sure they are available to you. To keep clutter low, we store all kid/baby supplies outside of apartment in private storage. Also, if you have additional guests not included in your reservation you MUST notify host.
