Trafmor Retreat is a secret place offering privacy & serenity. Pets are welcome. The large trees along the driveway invite a calming surrounding and the pond across the way is a pleasure to observe with a morning coffee or relaxing drink while you cook up a bbq. Wander through the 2 acre tropical fruit orchard out the back. Help yourself to the mangoes, lychees, Locusts, pecans, macadamias or citrus fruits when they are in season. Trafmor Retreat is set on a small acreage property 2 minutes off the Bruce highway approx 40 minutes north of Brisbane. great stop off for travelers or a quiet getaway for a couple or time away on your own. The bedroom features a clean & comfortable queen bed. Full reverse cycle air-con. Lots of shelving and direct access to the carport if needed. The bathroom has just been refurnished. The lounge offers 2 comfy sofas and the TV offers a selection of DVDs and telstra TV box for access to Netflix, Stan, Prime Video, YouTube etc & a second reverse cycle air-con. The Kitchen has an air fryer, Aldi coffee machine, inducted elements and everything you could need in a kitchen. Anything that might be missing...? just send us a message and we will see what we can do. Our animals consist of our dog, Maggie and cat, Zoe who have full run of the place and the 6 chooks, dont bring eggs - we have plenty! In addition, we have separate accommodation for our foster cats, kittens and dogs for a local organisation - Visits are allowed by arrangement. More than that we are in the process of organising boarding for your pets however this is a work in progress - and on a booking by booking basis. All our guests are welcome to wander down to the 2 acre tropical fruit orchard and you can help yourself to fruit if in season. (though loading the boot to take fruit home is not expected). Whether you want to sit back and observe the pond and enjoy the serenity, or travel around the local attractions there is plenty to do if you choose too. for the foodies why not check out The Bite Markets - 2 minutes down the road. Shopping centre 10 minutes away including the local train station. Trafmor Retreat offers secure locked entry to the unit. There is private secure off street parking under the double carport, plus extra parking for the caravan if required with a large turnaround space at the end of the driveway. Trafmor Retreat is situated across from the main house approximately 25mts away, however you wouldn't notice due to the huge mango trees and lush garden separating the two dwellings. We are available if need be, but we like to respect your privacy and will leave you to enjoy the property on your own unless approached. Situated on a no through (dead end) road passing traffic is minimal and the seclusion and quietness is only injected by the native bird chatter. We are situated only 2 minutes off the Highway. About 10 minutes from Morayfield shopping centre (Woolworths, Coles or Aldi, Kmart, Target and Morayfield cinemas). We are also 10 minutes away from the local train station and Caboolture Sports club, where there is always something happening or why not experience the Bite Markets on a Friday or Saturday night. Lots of other local entertainment and places to visit the list is exciting. Get your booking sorted asap..but keep in mind - two days may not be long enough! We offer fresh clean linen on the Queen bed so you can just fall in...Plus large comfy towels with basic toiletries for your convenience. In the kitchen are tea and coffee supplies to help you wind down from your travels and there is cold bottled water in the fridge on your arrival. Big screen TV, DVD player with limited movies free of charge or bring your own, and CD radio supplied.
