The apartment building has good security and guards patrol all floors at regular intervals. Neighbors are quiet during both day and night and you can always enjoy a good night sleep. Guests can also use the coin laundry service available in the business center, which is a one-minute walk from the suite. Our cleaning fee covers basic cleaning and sanitizing upon guests’ departure. However, in rare situations, extra cleaning fees maybe imposed if the apartment is left unsanitary with additional time and resources spent on laundry, cleaning, and/or minor damages of amenities.
