Single room close to Marazion with own kitchen

Tresten is a bright and airy house on a country road. The bedroom is a single room on the ground floor with its own private shower room. You will be using a separate entrance into your annexe so no need to come into the main part of the house. There is a kitchen adjoining the bedroom for you to use which is well equipped and has everything needed to prepare food including a cooker, fridge and microwave. My husband has an office area in far end between 9-5 so prefer if guests avoid using then. Your bedroom and kitchen We are always available to help with ideas and recommendations but also respect your privacy ! It is extremely quiet here but also so close to Marazion , so you have the best of both! Marazion has a great variety of pubs, restaurants, galleries and gift shops and of course the wonderful St Michaels Mount. Penzance is a 15 minute drive and is a bustling town with more variety of shops etc St Ives is a 15 minute drive, with lots of galleries, restaurants , shops and beautiful beaches. If you enjoy walking , you will be in your element with the South West coast path on your doorstep. We are an ideal stopping off point if you are walking the south West Coast path being so close to the path. I am always happy to pick tired walkers up from Marazion if required! If you are a keen walker you will be spoilt for choice in West Cornwall and we can lend you maps and give you ideas as we do a lot of walking ourselves. There are regular buses from Marazion to Penzance and from there buses to all parts of West Cornwall including Lands End etc. There is plenty of parking space outside the house in our large gravel driveway. My husband has his office in part of the kitchen so we request that guests do not use the kitchen between 9-5pm if possible.
