Charming two levels B&B with private pool

Our typical and authentic Périgord-house near Hautefort in the Périgord Noir offers one B&B and guarantees complete peace and quiet for our guests. This characteristic B&B accommodation is on two levels (54 m2), with its own swimming pool and two private-terraces (East and West) and is completely independent. The kitchen corner on the first floor is equipped with a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee machine, a kettle, crockery and cutlery.... so it really is a B&B +. Our two-level B&B (54 m2) is an interesting alternative for a holiday house. It offers a copious, good quality breakfast as well as a small kitchen corner, a barbecue set and a daily cleaning service. The latex matrass of the bed (160x200 cm) has a high density , as has the sofa bed on the first floor (130x200 , for 1 extra person or 2 children). In the bathroom the natural stone walls are partly covered with a lime coating. There is a tiled shower and a polished concrete sink. For babies there is a cot and a baby bath (no extra charges). On a enclosed surface of more than 300 m2, two terraces with garden furniture and a swimming pool (10x5 m) are for your own private use. Of course you are also welcome in the garden around the main house. Your accommodation is independent from the main house. A sitting area and a small kitchen corner, equipped with a microwave, a refrigerator, a water cooker, a coffee machine and crockery and cutlery, is situated on the first floor. Our concept is based on independence, privacy and tranquility. But of course we will be very happy to guide you in your choices of restaurants and sights. La Laugérie, a typical residence in Perigordian style, is situated in a little hamlet in the commune of Granges d’Ans, 5 km from Hautefort with its castle and Museum of Medecin and 10 km from the beautiful Tourtoirac cave. Situated near the crossroad of Périgueux/Brive and Limoges/Sarlat it is nog far from Lascaux, the Buddhist centers around Montignac, the prehistoric sights in the valley of the river La Vézère and those in the Lot and the Corrèze. Our nature is nearly untouched and without pollution. Whether you like to hike or bike, you will find endless possibilities around La Laugerie. We have 2 mountain bikes which you can use for free. There are also possibilities to fish, and for those who like to play golf, there is a golf course only 18 km away, near Excideuil ; also balloon trips and canoë. The room is closed from november to march but open some weekends and french public holidays.
