With a very comfortable queen size bed, lots of natural light, and garden views it is a peaceful haven in a safe residential neighbourhood. Toasty warm in winter with morning sun, heatpump and good insulation and cool in summer with airconditioning. The ensuite bathroom has a shower with strong water pressure, unlimited hot water and shower dome to seal in the warmth, toilet, basin, mirror, heatlamps and heated towel rail. For dinner there are great takeaway and eat-in options just a few minutes walk away, or venture into the city centre for gourmet dining. You're welcome to enjoy the garden area outside the guest suite including the outdoor table and chairs and the clothesline. We are a busy family so won't always be around but I answer messages through the airbnb app as quickly as possible and I'm always happy to help if I can. We are in a safe, green residential neighbourhood. The local shops are 2 minutes walk away and include a small dairy, pharmacy, drycleaners, hairdressers and an abundance of eating options (takeaways include pizza, fish n chips, sushi, bento, roast meals, Indian, Chinese, Thai and a bakery, and eat-in restaurants include a local pub, cafe, Thai and Japanese). Jellie Park with its indoor and outdoor swimming pools and hydroslides, park, playground and duck lake is a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk away. We have safe, easy parking for your car. Bus stops for both the #17 (into the city centre) and Orbiter (around the shopping malls) buses are a 3 minute walk away. We are just 6 minutes drive from the airport. We have a small, friendly Spoodle dog called Phoebe who will sometimes be in the garden.
