It consists of a nice bright sitting room/bedroom with a double bed and 2 couches as well as TV, DVD and free WLAN. Here you have direct access to your own little private patio in the garden where you can enjoy your breakfast and coffee in the sun. The kitchen has a table and 2 chairs, microwave, a small cooktop, chilly freezer, water cooker, espresso machine, milk frother and a complete set of dishes, glassware and eating utensils. The bathroom offers both a bathtub and shower. Private access for guests Private patio WLAN We will be happy to welcome you in our house The house is located close to the center of Dießen am Ammersee (about 5 minutes walk), a picturesque artist's colony, in a quiet, nicely landscaped environment. Nearby access to restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, nice shops and a weekly Wednesday outdoor market are all within walking distance. Saint Alban's lido (a public beach)with a steamboat for tours around the lake is close by. Walking paths from our house lead to the surrounding woods as well as the bavarian part of Jakob's way is close by or you can discover our beautiful town by bike as well.
