The watermill is like a fairytale.

There are no neighbours, there's only a very small country road that leads to the mill and it's bakery. The mill is separate from the Bakery and has it's own privacy and garden. Staying at Le Moulin comes with some lovely extra's : There is a swimming pool and also a small beach in the river. Both are used by the guests from both houses. The fields bordering the gardens are part of the property. The watermill has been built over a small stream. Around the house is as charming as inside. The stream runs under the living-kitchen and the 'salon' has a big fireplace. You can see the water streaming through a glass-panel in the floor. At the south terrace you'll find the summer-kitchen -the place to be in summer. Upstairs are 5 large and luminous bedrooms. Three rooms have double beds, one has three single beds. (Childrens cot and high chair available.) There are two bathrooms and three toilets. There is a BBQ, WiFi-connection. The Mill and it's garden will be your private space. You are welcome to roam around on the rest of the premises. The stables and the bakery are close enough to notice and far enough to ignore. When you arrive your bed will be made for you. After showing you around in the mill, you can decide how much interaction you want. You can come and have a look in the stables but they are far away enough not to be disturbed by. When we feed the animals you can always come over to see us if you have any questions. In an undiscovered part of the south of France ( le comminges ), in a beautiful setting. The region is also called ‘French Toscanny’ with its red roof tiles and old villages on the green hilltops. We are located at the feet of the Pyrenees and 70 km. from Toulouse. Next to the calm and serenity of the mill you will find our physical file with our personal tips on markets, restaurants and places to go. Since there’s plenty to see, do and taste. Le Moulin is part of the small village of Eoux, close to Aurignac and 65 km South-West of Toulouse. It has been built in the river to deviate part of the water to the watermill. At the dam we have our private beach. It is an excellent place to spend a hot summer day. You can swim, have a barbecue and find refreshment at this beautiful and tranquil spot.
