Welcome to this charming family cottage where tranquility and nature prevail. In the main house of 1076 sq ft, you have two bedrooms with double beds upstairs as well as a fully renovated bathroom. On the ground floor, a large kitchen, a living room with wood stove and a veranda with views. Outside, the kitchen and the summer bathroom overlook the partly covered main terrace. A few meters away, you have the enclosed area of the above-ground swimming pool (heated by solar panels) for private use with its cozy chalet, heated/air-conditioned and furnished with two single beds (which can be passed as a double bed). Sheets and towels are not provided with the rental. However you can take this additional option for a fee. The house is served by a communal road with very little traffic. You have two parking spaces in the property and three additional spaces on the shoulder of the contiguous road. Moreover, since the suburb has recently seen its roads renamed and numbered, all GPS may not yet be up to date. An unexpected event? An emergency? Do not hesitate to contact us.
