The flat is in a really good position and the best area of the city. 5 minutes far by foot to the center and perfectly connected with the train station by metro (San Faustino e Marconi) and by bus (2-7-10). Shops for any kind of food&things in 30m Bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, balcony and terrace are available. The terrace is of the flat, not for the others people of the building. I speak fluently english, an acceptable french and spanish. Even some sentence of bulgarian. About italian is my mother language. The area is silent and peaceful. The bedroom are on courtyard and not on the street, you'll sleep well. It's not a party house ! You can leave the car under the flat. It's free and safe. Parking in front of the flat is really safe. Neighbors leave cars like Mercedes and Porsche even during the night. Moreover, there is a "SECURE PARKING" covered behind the building that is for free during the night (from 7 p.m. to 9 a.m.). From 8 pm to 7 am the gate of the parking is closed so you can leave the car without any worries :) The best quality of this flat is the position and the conveniences for daily use. Everything is close. Really close to the center, you reach it by foot in 5 minutes and really safe. Even a woman feel comfortable walking alone even during the night. Shops for food, bars, delicious ice-cream (two), post office, pizzeria, japanese restaurant & many more . The area is silent and peaceful. The bedroom are on courtyard and not on the street, you'll sleep well. It's not a party house !
