The tram station is a 5 minute walk away and Chorlton is super handy for Old Trafford, Media City, the Universities and of course the city centre. It is no longer a family home (it is exclusively let out on Airbnb)- so no cloying family photos and the like. There is a master bedroom with a king size bed.
