** COVID Cancellations/Changes ** We understand that if a lockdown means you are not permitted to come and stay, it is different than cancelling or changing a booking for other reasons. If a lockdown means you (as the person booking) are not permitted to come and stay, we will provide you with the choice of either cancelling and getting a full refund or changing your dates. Please ask us if you have any questions about this offer as some exclusions may apply based on notice, group composition restrictions, etc. ** About the home ** "Driftaway" is set in a quiet court location and only 600m from the popular Silverleaves beach. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below: ** Indoor Areas ** Downstairs is the open plan kitchen/dining/living room featuring wooden floorboards (with 40 inch smart TV), laundry and Master bedroom with WIR and en-suite (with toilet and shower). Upstairs is the 2nd living room (with 55 inch smart TV), bedrooms 2 & 3 and the main bathroom (with shower and bath) and a separate toilet. ** Outdoor Areas ** The large decking area off the upstairs living room overlooks the leafy front garden. The fully enclosed rear garden with an 8-seater table and chairs, provides a safe place for kids to play. There is a single car carport and space to park a boat in the driveway or on the large nature strip. ** Kitchen ** The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, toaster, Aldi pod coffee machine, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top. ** Heating/Cooling Systems ** The home has a wall mounted reverse cycle air-conditioning unit in both of the living rooms as well as a mobile fan for use where required. ** Bedding Configuration ** "Driftaway" is configured to comfortably sleep up to 9 people: Bedroom 1 (downstairs): One Queen bed Bedroom 2 (upstairs): One set of Tri-bunks and One Single bed Bedroom 3 (upstairs): One Queen bed There is also a fold-out double divan in the upstairs living area. ** Linen ** A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats. Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted), pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this 'optional linen'. The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed. Please advise us if you would like this additional service. ** Peak Periods ** Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, ** check in times **are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional** linen hire **over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up. ** Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies ** Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
