Apartment Bohol 3 Apartment Bohol 3 is a cosy holiday apartment located in the quiet Villa Alba complex. Perfect for small families, couples or a few friends, the property is only a 15-minute walk away from the centre of Albufeira and just a few minutes’ drive away from some of the best golden sandy beaches in the area. This 2-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor, with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, and two bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with 2 single beds that can be joined to make a double bed). A comfortable living / dining room leads onto a wonderful balcony with lovely views of the gardens and swimming pools. Sunbeds and a table and chairs are provided for sunbathing and enjoying meals al fresco. Free Wi-Fi is included and there is air-conditioning in the bedrooms. The complex itself is quiet and well-kept with lovely gardens, a large communal pool and a small children’s pool. The centre of Albufeira is within a 15-minute walk where you can find a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and banks. Other locations of interest are the Albufeira Strip with all the best bars and nightlife in town and the historic Albufeira Old Town. Car hire is not a necessity, unless you wish to discover more of the Algarve. Other options of transportation include the local bus the Albufeira “Giro” with several routes around town and local taxis which are readily available and well-priced (for which contact information will be provided). The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** ***Please note that for alteration of dates there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €150 to cover all administration costs incurred.***
