All ammenties very close by, bus link to Monash Uni and Chadstone S.C. Views over Columbia Park and pretty garden. Fully self contained one bedroom apartment, bright and airy with own entrance. This is a spacious, light and airy apartment attached to the rear of our home. The apartment has lovely views across Columbia Reserve and pretty garden. Accommodation has a well lit and graded ramp with rails to private entrance. Security locks on external doors and a lock on the connecting door to main house. Guests have access to a full kitchen with all amenities, within the apartment. Laundry access is available in the main house if required. Access to garden and outdoor patio. Gated entry to Columbia Park. Allan and I are happy to assist you during your stay and can provide you with information on local attractions, restaurants, and tourist areas all within an easy drive from our home. We live on the premises but we are always respectful of our guests’ need for privacy. We are within walking distance to local amenities, Monash Gallery and Jells Park for great walking and bike trails. Easy access to main freeways that will get you to other tourist attractions such as Yarra Valley, Mornington Peninsula, Melbourne CBD and Dandenong Ranges. The bus stop in front of our home will take you to Monash University and Chadstone Shopping Centre or the Dandenong market. There are local bus links to Glen Waverley train station where you can reach Melbourne CBD within 30 minutes. On street parking
