The Green House - Apt A

Welcome to your own space in the heart of downtown Cortland! The Green House is within two blocks of local bars, restaurants and entertainment. This house is a perfect halfway point from Canada to New York City. The Green House is an old style house with a modern charm. Enjoy free coffee, cable, Netflix, Hulu, Disney plus, Wi-Fi and laundry to make your stay feel more like home. Enjoy free parking behind the house. For larger parties, we have additional parking. Thank you for booking! You'll get your own two story apartment for the duration of your stay. Our place is more spacious and feels more like home than an ordinary hotel room. Enjoy our new On-Demand water heater for endless amount of hot water. We provide extra cleaning to make sure our guests feel safe during this current situation. You'll have full access to Apt A of our house. There is also a lock box for convenient check in/out. We would love to meet and interact with everyone that steps through our door. If any problems occur do not hesitate to call or text. We will respond as quickly as possible. Walk or bike to SUNY Cortland, restaurants, bars, and attractions in downtown Cortland. Taxis and Uber are also available. The house is from the 1890s and has a unique layout from the old time era.
