All tea, coffee, milk, sugar & a range of large range of herbal teas are supplied, including all bed linens, bath towels and face cloths. There is carpet throughout the unit.  There is two TV's, one in each bedroom and the large bathroom has a heated towel rail,  shower, toilet and wash basin. All shampoos and body wash is supplied. Unlimited hot water supply. The unit has full use of the common large modern Kitchen, Dining and Lounge areas, Only 8 mins to the new Ormiston Town Shopping centre with a New World and Pak n Save. We are only 15mins to the Famous Botany Town Shopping Centre (200 stores) and 15 mins to Westifeld Manukau Shopping Centre, Bus and Train stations. Its close to the airport being a 20min drive - Located in the beautiful new suburb of Ormiston (Flatbush), East Auckland, the Homestay is in a near new development and only three years old. Enjoy everything you need in your own private room and bathroom, complete with TV  - Netflix and YouTube access in some rooms , desks for your computer and walk in wardrobe for a massive amount of storage. Guests can enjoy all the privacy of their own space and if needed, use the communal guest kitchen to cook or help themselves to a huge selection of Herbal teas, Coffee and Standard Tea  - all of which is unlimited. The guest Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you can think of and is exclusively for guest use. There is a separate lounge for guests to relax in - meet other guests or have a few relaxing drinks before heading out for dinner.  We are within easy reach of many hot spots, entertainment, recreation venues, and over 40 food places including coffee shops, a diverse range of restaurants, and  great eateries. We are close to the two major Shopping centres and transport Hubs in east and South Auckland being  Botany Town Centre, Westfield Manukau Shopping Centre, The Manukau and Botany Bus Stations and the Manukau Train Station.  All of these are within a 10-15 minute drive or take the local bus ( Bus Route 355) to either centre. Barry Curtis Park, a 94-hectare leisure and nature park, offers comprehensive sports fields, walk and cycling tracks and a large skate park.  We are a 15-20min drive from the airport.
