Located 5 min to Playa’s darling town & just a 10 min walk to toes in the sand. Tucked away in a beautiful pocket off the street. Very quiet with lots of natural light. Large open concept home. Large kitchen & dining area & outdoor entertaining space with a built in Viking grill. Master has a beautiful bathroom with deep soaker tub as well as exercise bike and deck. 2nd bedroom has attached full bath. 3rd room has a couch with great deck attached. You will definitely leave here fully rested. Walking distance to many great restaurants & bars AND beautiful beaches. Always available by phone & text. I have lived in my home for 4 years and will never move. My grandmother lives a half a block away and we love this area. It’s the last little mellow beach town with laid back people local dive bars and restaurants with award winning chefs . My townhome is part of only 4 homes on property and tucked away 100’ off street very quit and rarely even see any other owners , all windows are triple pain because of proximity to air port so when you’re inside you hear nothing ! If you are from out of town and have never visited I recommend down loading “Yelp” to know where places are . There are restaurants with in 300 yards but the town is about a 5 min walk for the main staples of playa del Rey I personally walk down some times but it feeling lazy I call a Uber and it’s like 4 bucks Home includes free WiFi built in BBQ ,cable TV ,NFL ticket , Netflix out door blue tooth speakers , fireplace , multiple TVs threw out entire house as well as a 80” tv in main living room ! Wine fridge for your alcohol , Coffee and tea provided you will find “jump bikes/scooters “ offered by your Uber app with in a block or two for use , just use your Uber app unlock it ride it and leave it anywhere you want
