Modern Industrial Apartment Villasis Free Netflix

Industrial aesthetic one bedroom apartment located in Villasis, Pangasinan. It has its own living room, bedroom and bathroom so you can stay comfortably. It is also easy to access transportation as we are located in the highway. This unit is located in the second floor of a newly constructed building. Covered parking is available (first come, first served basis). Please note, the building is located along the highway so some vehicle noise can be heard. Our unit is about 40 sqm in total. It is located at the second floor of our building which is newly built. This unit is equipped with: - 30 mbps wifi - TV with local channels (abs cbn TV plus) - queen bed - microwave - refrigerator - hot water kettle - hot water shower - toiletries (shampoo, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap) - complimentary bottle of water (2 per room) Please take note before booking that we don't allow cooking or stoves. We have a covered parking area available for use but this is shared with our other airbnb unit so it's first come first serve. But we have plenty of parking space outside the building. We also run a UV disinfectant with ozone generator from time to time to fully sanitize the unit and remove any lingering smell. There are two SM malls located near our unit. SM Rosales is a 5-7 minute drive (3 kms away) and SM Urdaneta is 10-15 minute drive (9 kms away). If you wish to commute, buses and jeepneys can easily be found right outside the building. Travelling on to Baguio, La Union, Dagupan or Manila? Buses pass by in front of the building. We don't allow smoking inside the unit but unit has a balcony where guests can. For long term guests, we change towels and beddings every 3 days. I'm usually at work during the mornings but my husband and helpers will assist you if im not available during your stay. Villasis is known as the vegetable basket of Pangasinan. We have a big bagsakan where abundant vegetables are for sale every day. There's also tupig, a special rice cake that is wrapped in banana leaves and grilled. There's also two SM malls located near our town for your needs. Buses, jeepney and tricycles pass by in front of the building almost 24/7. There are buses going onwards to the north like Ilocos, La Union, Baguio, Dagupan and buses going to the south like Manila, Bataan, Olongapo, Clark Airport and Dau passing by. I follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights: - We use a UV-C hospital grade disinfectant to thoroughly disinfect the space before each guest arrives - We also provide hand wash, disinfectant sprays or sheets such as Lysol or Clorox for your stay - Our cleaners wear gloves and mask while cleaning - We also use a disinfecting mat for all guests to step on before entering all spaces
