Victorian villa with private garden basement flat

Our large Victorian house is in a quiet leafy road in South Liverpool It contains a comfortable basement flat, with a separate and private entrance. You can also park directly outside. It is only a ten minute taxi ride from Liverpool airport and on direct bus and train routes ( 10 minutes ) into the city centre. Sefton park is close by, as is Lark Lane , with a range of vibrant cafes and restaurants We live close to Grassendale park and it's only a 10 minute walk to the river Mersey. Our flat is warm ,comfortable and accessible,with your own entrance. Your'e very welcme to use the garden and there is an outside seating area for al fresco meals on sunny days ! Pets are welcome and there is a garden ( not enclosed) and a scenic 10 minute walk to the river Mersey . The living room has a couch which can accomodate an additional guest, plenty of bedding and cushions. You will have your own key , and separate access at all times As we live on the premises , we'll be on hand to meet and greet you , and upstairs if you need anything else during your stay. Just knock ! We live in South Liverpool - Our house is on a quiet residential road with easy access to both the airport and city centre . We have Indian and Turkish restaurants at the top of the road, a Toby carvery is opposite and a small restaurant serving English/European food. A supermarket is a 10 minute walk away. We live close to the river and you can walk to the promenade ( traffic free) in about 10 scenic minutes. A great dog walking or running route. Our house is on a direct route to the City centre. There is a bus stop at the top of the road which takes you to town and a direct train - (about 7 mins walk away and 10 travelling) You can take a train directly to the airport and a taxi ride is about 10 minutes drive.
