Perfect for 1 couple or small families. Not ideal for 4 adults. Clean and comfortable - A port a cot and single fold down single bed is available to use for little ones. :-) Available for short and long term stays. Quiet space with air-conditioned family friendly living and bedroom, plus balcony overlooking 3 resort pools in tropical garden surrounds. The bedroom has a lovely cooling river breeze coming in from it's balcony for holiday afternoon naps. Self-contained apartment. 1 large bedroom, Queen-sized bed, robes and private balcony. Lounge with sofa bed and large TV opening onto balcony with views of the pools. Fully equipped kitchen (4 ring stove top, oven, grill, microwave, toaster, kettle, huge fridge). Covered deck with table, chairs and BBQ. Bathroom with large shower (no bath). 3 pools with sun loungers, and huge shade umbrellas. Free Wi-Fi. Single fold out bed for child Port-a-cot and high chair available on request. Shared laundry and main front entrance door with downstairs Studio Fully self-contained. All linen supplied. We also have an additional suite downstairs in the Townhouse which may be available for more room and extra family etc, look at our Airbnb listings 'Cozy Coastal Style Studio' and 'Noosa Lakes - The Townhouse'. Or go to our profile page....easy! Sole use of the entire one bedroom upstairs apartment with queen bedroom and its own balcony, modern kitchen and dining and living area, with another balcony overlooking two of the resort's lagoon pools, and bathroom with shower (no bath, sorry). There is a solar-powered laundry (shared with the downstairs studio) with washer, dryer, sink, ironing board and iron. There is private under-cover parking under the apartment. Outside the apartment, make full use of the resort's three lagoon pools, including one heated pool and one shallow ("kids'") pool, plus sun loungers, shade umbrellas, BBQ areas and toilets. We live 3km away in Tewantin and have been running an AirBnB downstairs at our home for 7 years. We offer the same at our holiday home as we do at our family home. We can give you as much information as you could wish for (we welcome 99% of our guests personally) and we're just at the end of a phone (or Messenger or email Inbox!), but we also offer you your own space, peace and quiet to enjoy the apartment and the resort as you wish. Just outside the hustle and bustle (and price-tag!) of Noosa Heads, Hastings Street and Main Beach (6km away), we are on the border of Noosaville and Tewantin (the original timber town surveyed in 1867, when Noosa was just sandbars, mangrove swamps and a few fishing shacks!). The beautiful Noosa River (the only A class river in SE Queensland), is the best way to experience Noosa. Walk across to the road from the resort for fishing, swimming, lazing, launching your tinny, or wander 300 metres over to the Noosa Marina with it's boutique shops, fish shop (and ice-cream!) restaurants, wine bar (live music at the weekends), Sunday Markets, hire boats and river cruises. Jump on a ferry to Hastings Street so you don't have to worry about parking (and can enjoy a drink or two!). Further down the river there is the Noosa Yacht & Rowing Club for great river views, live music at weekends, club priced drinks and a family-friendly atmosphere. There's a beach plus a great kids' playground ("Pirate Park") next door. In fact, all along Gympie Terrace there are free BBQs, picnic tables, exercise machines(!), hire boat jetties, loads of parrots and plenty of people making use of the cycle way, walking their dogs, or roller-blading down the esplanade. A great place to spend the day, or to watch the sunset, cocktail in hand, or just sharing a bottle of wine (or sparkling water!) whilst sitting on a picnic blanket. The apartment is also close to Fraser Island, Sunshine Coast beaches, 45 minutes to Maleny, Montville and Mapleton in the Hinterland and Australia Zoo. Makes a perfect base to explore this area. The great quality restaurants and cafes are too numerous to mention. Great area for surfing, SUP-ing, kite-surfing in the rivers, canals and ocean, plus mountain-biking, hiking and running tracks in the National Parks and forests on our door step - oh, and great for relaxing as well! One private parking space is available with the upstairs apartment, located directly beneath the apartment. Additional visitor parking is available only metres away in the resort grounds. Bus stop directly outside the resort (free holiday buses over Christmas and New Year!). Local Ubers and Taxis are available. Push bikes and electric bikes available from local companies. There is a bus stop straight across road from Resort. The Ferry from the Marina can also take you down river to Hastings st/Main beach, stopping along the way. They depart from the Noosa Marina, 300 metres over the bridge. There are stairs up to this 2nd floor apartment.
