The exclusive spa with heated swimming pool, sauna, turkish bath, emotional shower and relaxation area will make your stay unforgettable and regenerating. Bright apartment in a dream location, away from the chaos of the city but at the same time close to restaurants, bars, beaches and shops, with a breathtaking view of Lake Como. The property has large windows and direct access to the terrace, partially covered and equipped with outdoor furniture to enjoy a breakfast, lunch or an aperitif with a view. There is a double bedroom with large wardrobe and TV and one with single bunk beds and wardrobe, fully furnished kitchen equipped with everything you need, living area with sofa bed and bathroom. Free Wi-Fi connection, satellite TV and safe complete the apartment. The Valarin residence is unique in its kind for the presence of a wonderful spa, accessible from 10am to 8pm free of charge with heated swimming pool (13m x 5m, depth 1.2m) with waterfall and whirlpool, sauna, Turkish bath, massage area (which can be booked directly at the hotel) and emotional shower. Outside, however, it is possible to enjoy a second area relax - the solarium - where you can relax in the open air admiring the beauty of our lake in total silence and tranquility. Also worth noting is the presence of a covered parking space, included in the price, with a charging station for electric cars. Guests will have at disposal the entire property. Our staff will be at your disposal upon your arrival, departure and during your stay for any need. Vercana is a quiet hill town on Lake Como, very sunny for most of the day. From here you can quickly access various activities in the mountains or on the lake. A few minutes by car you can also reach bars, restaurants, shops and beaches. From the residence it is advisable to move by car, and in about 5 minutes you can reach the town of Domaso, on the lake. It is also possible to go by foot, using the panoramic shortcuts that lead to the lake. Please pay attention to the swimming pool and spa regulations; Covid-19 pool area restrictions: access to the pool area will be in full compliance with the regulations in force in Italy. Please note that the use of the swimming pool is allowed between 10am and 8pm; Sauna and Turkish bath must be booked at least 3 hours in advance. We kindly ask you not to leave garbage inside the accommodation upon your departure. On request it is possible to have extra cleaning of the apartment during your stay, or an extra linen change (extra charged).
