Our spacious guest-apartment offers both business travelers - especially fair visitors - as well as tourists a nice accommodation and very good transport connections, with 24h Check-In and free parking. The apartment is located in a single-family house but completely separated from the main housing area and equipped with a separate entrance. The area is traffic-calmed. Parking spaces on the street are always available and parking is free of charge. The apartment consists of two spacious rooms, a bathroom (shower, washbasin and WC) and a small south-facing terrace, which is integrated into the garden. The living room comprises about 25sqm with a lounge area, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. In the bedroom (also about 25m²) a double bed and a single bed as well as a glass front with a view into the garden is waiting for you. Although the location is quiet and green, it ofers short distances to City of Neuss, Düsseldorf, Krefeld and Cologne (e.g.: distance to the trade fair Düsseldorf or Airport Düsseldorf: 11 km) and a very good transport connection (e.g.: Car: Autobahn A52, A57; Tram/Bus: U75 from "Düsseldorf Handweiser") You have your own apartment with separate access and own terrace. I am available at any time of your stay personally, by phone or via email. The apartment is located in a quiet family house settlement. There are several forest trails and field trails, which are ideal for jogging, cycling or walking. Within walking distance there is a large supermarket (Real) with other retail stores, a pharmacy and several snack bars. A delicious Italian restaurant is also nearby. Here are some distances: - Trade Fair Düsseldorf: 11km - Airport Düsseldorf: 11km - Business-Area "Düsseldorf Hansaallee" (Vodafone Campus, Huawei, ...): 4km - Old Town Düsseldorf: 6km - Düsseldorf Medienhafen: 6km - Ski hall Neuss (indoor ski run): 8km - Old Town Neuss / Neuss Central Station: 3km If you like a quiet environment and a relaxed parking situation, then you are exactly right with us. The next motorway access to "A52" is 2km away, to "A57" is 3km. Directly in front of our house there is sufficient free parking at all times of the day. There is a good bus and tram connection to Neuss and Duesseldorf (e.g.: travel time to olt town Düsseldorf: 20 minutes; connections are available online at "Verkehrsverbund-Rhein-Ruhr"). There is also a car rental station of "Sixt" (Düsseldorfer Str.). If necessary, I can bring you here or pick up. The entrance of our guest apartment comprises stairs embedded in the garden; in the apartment there is another step in the bathroom - therefore the apartment is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchair users. It is very important for us that the rooms are non-smoking. Please make sure that this will be carefully respected by all of the guests. On the terrace we can of course provide an ashtray for you.
