We provide a daily homemade breakfast for you so that you can wake up and start your day easy! A curated informational guide is provided in your unit to help you find the best places to check out around town. Don't feel like going out to eat for dinner? Bring your own food and use your fully stocked gourmet kitchen to cook in, or order one of our made to order cast iron sourdough pizzas & breadsticks! Your bedroom includes a pillow top queen sized mattress, fresh white linens, and plush down pillows & blankets. You will surely rest easy here! Your adjacent bathroom features a walk in shower with a rain shower head, stocked cabinets, and towels to give you a spa like experience. Little Red Homestead offers two units available to rent - they are connected and share a wall but separated by a door that locks from both sides to ensure privacy. This listing is for "The Burrow" - our more intimate space, and a great home base for the adventurer! If you are looking for more of a staycation and love to lounge, we recommend checking out our listing for "The Den" as it provides you with a living area to hang out in. While our two units are separate and private, they do share an adjoining wall and therefore we ask our guests to respect their noise levels or rent the entire space for louder gatherings. We want you to feel relaxed and at ease during your stay, so please let us know what we can do to help accommodate you! **PLEASE NOTE** Our community spaces are public SHARED spaces, they are available for all of the guests staying at Little Red Homestead to use. Due to snow, some of our amenities are seasonal and only available in non-winter months. You will have access to all of the community space amenities including: - Hot tub: open YEAR ROUND. - Fire pit area: open SEASONALLY. - Swing set/Yard games area: open SEASONALLY. - Garden dining area: open SEASONALLY. - Grove hammock area: open SEASONALLY. You will find that Lake Ann is centrally located for whichever type of northern Michigan vacation you choose to have! Lake Ann itself has a charming downtown and neighbors Interlochen, Sleeping Bear Dunes, and Traverse City, where you can find even more dining and entertainment venues. - Parking: Free parking on the property. - Public transportation: Uber, Lyft, and private driving services are available in Traverse City. Please understand that while your personal unit is completely private, that this building hosts two different units which does mean that you will have neighbors unless you rent both spaces. You by no means need to interact with your neighbors, but please be aware that this is a space that does require you to co-exist, respectfully. Also, please note that our rates are non-negotiable.
