1620 Villa Vespucci

It`s near the beautiful beaches of the Ionian coast, Villa Vespucci is a big holiday home for rent in Torricella, a small but dainty town near Taranto. It`s entirely fenced and framed by a beautiful garden, the three-floor villa has large and airy rooms. It`s equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, alarm system and parking space. The villa, with its 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms can accommodate up to 10 guests. Small pets are allowed. The holiday villa near the sea in Puglia Villa Vespucci is embellished by the garden with lawn, solarium with beach beds and a small playground under the olive trees. The big verandah allows the guests to have lunch or dinner outside. The three-floor holiday home has bright and spacious rooms. There are two entrances with two gates: one is pedestrian and the other is automatic and it takes to the basement where you can park one car. Villa Vespucci conissts of an open space with living room with sofas and television, dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with isle. The kitchen has access to the garden and to the bathroom with shower. Moreover, on this floor there is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, television and mini fridge. The showy spiral staircase takes to the upper floorof Villa Vespucci, which consists of a triple bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a double bedroom and a bathroom with hydromassage tub. Another staircase takes to the basement floor with dining area, kitchen, sofa bed for two guests, double bed and a bathroom with shower. The surroundings of Villa Vespucci in Torricella Villa Vespucci is in the countryside of Torricella, a small town south of Otranto, near the beaches of the Ionian coast. The city centre with its amenities is 700 meters away form the house. Marina di Lizzano, 6 kilometers away, is the closest beach; moreover, there are other beaches worth visiting such as Torre Ovo (7 kilometers) and Campomarino, awarded with Blue Flag (11 kilometers). Taranto is 30 kilometers away. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week. - Pool available from June to September. - Opening of the pool in low season euro 300. - Only small pets admitted. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit. - Some beds are on the basement floor.
