The Boatstore unique Roseland cottage with seaview

The Boatstore has been converted into a very comfortable holiday destination in the hamlet of Rosevine ,less than 5 minutes stroll to Porthcurnick beach . The property has a sea view and we are dog friendly. It has a well equipped kitchen and a good size bathroom with walk in shower on the ground floor .Upstairs is a cosy living space ,with sofa ,chairs and dining room table and hanging space . The double bedroom is off the living room .There is garage space ,outside tap and freezer. The Boatstore has free WiFi ,TV ,cooker ,washing machine ,fridge and microwave and freezer .There is plenty of private outside space . I am available to guests either by phone ,visit or email. The Boatstore is only a few minutes walk to Porthcurnick beach ,a wonderful safe sandy bay .It is also dog friendly and home to the famous Hidden hut (Website hidden by Airbnb) is easy to walk into Portscatho with Eateries ,galleries and local shops . Water sports are nearby and a minute or two of the South west Coast path .A walkers paradise . The Boatstore is easily accessed by car or on foot from the coast path.Buses are available in Portscatho and Trewithian .Trains come to St Austell or Truro .
