Bright Sunny House near beaches

Lovely open-plan 2 bedroom home flooded with sunlight, opens onto garden, with front and back decks. Quiet location , only 5 min drive to freshwater and curl curl beaches, 10 min to manly beach. Bus stop 20 metres away. Also close to shops. The house is modern, quiet and extremely comfortable. With wooden floors and modern appliances throughout - it really is the perfect Home away from Home! You will have access to the entire house I will have contacts available for you during your stay North Manly is right next to Freshwater and is a beautiful neighbourhood without the hustle and bustle of the beaches and traffic. Most people like this area because it's only a short drive or walk to Freshwater village with awesome cafes, restaurants (Health food, Chinese, Pizza, Indian, Japanese and more), an awesome yoga studio (Qi) and shops. It’s also very close to the beaches (Freshwater & Curl Curl beaches 5 minute drive, Manly & Dee Why 10 minute drive). There are some local shops at the top of the road with convenience store etc for those small necessities. The neighbours are quiet and respectful, but everyone really does there own thing, so your time will be peaceful. Any other questions, I'm happy to answer! The spacious driveway has room for 2 cars and there is loads of parking on the street, as it's not really used by anyone other than neighbours (which is what makes it so lovely and quiet). The bus stop is only 20 metres away and beaches and city alike are all easily accessible. Absolutely NO party or entertaining rule. I will leave instructions for you for most things you might want to use (TV, etc.)
