If there are any issues whatsoever during the stay, we are only 10 minute's away from this house. Please do ring/message at anytime if there is an issue or you require something. Kingsmead Estate is a modern family orientated estate. It's quite peaceful and quiet. Opposite the house is a park where you can sit out at and relax on a nice sunny day. There is a pub (Kingfisher also serving food ), which is operated by a local Manchester brewery so can get some local ales, several takeaways, Tesco express and pharmacy 5 minutes walk away. To get there, on the roundabout outside the house turn left and go straight on and down the hill. The area is then over the next roundabout and on your left hand side. If you have an electric car, a charging point is also located near the shops on Kingsmead. There are nice walks in parks around the estate and you can walk down onto the river weaver for lovely walks too. Wildlife is aplenty. You can walk into the town along the river in around 20/30 mins (depending how quick you walk). Or along the main road too, if it's dark/wet (river path muddy in places). Can drive into town in 5 minutes. Parking is cheap and if you park in Barons Quay multistorey it is free for approx 4 hours. Please check signage for costs/restrictions when parking. There are a plethora of Taxi companies (search the internet) and there is a bus stop where the bus passes to go into town every half hour-ish. For the bus stop go to the roundabout just outside of the door, then turn left. You will see the bus stop sign with times down on your left a few hundred yards.
